Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are currently embracing a new phase in their life – parenthood. The duo became proud parents to a cute little angel on September 8. The Fighter actress is currently revelling in the joys of new motherhood, with fans showering her with warm wishes and prayers.

The new mother in town has quickly embraced the new phase and she updated her Instagram bio, which reads, “Feed. Burp. Sleep. Repeat.”—a nod to her busy schedule. Although she has yet to leave the hospital, it’s clear that the arrival of their little one has kept her busy.

For the unversed, on September 8, DeepVeer officially confirmed the happy news and shared it with their fans with a post on Instagram. Before welcoming their first child, Deepika and Ranveer visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, last Friday evening. The couple was clicked by the paps as they entered the temple premises.The couple were all smiles as they arrived at the temple to see Lord Ganesha’s blessings.

From Shah Rukh Khan to the Ambani family, everyone visited parents Ranveer and Deepika ahead of discharge. Today morning (September 15), Ranveer Singh’s family were spotted reaching the hospital and as per the reports, the new mother and the baby girl will be discharged today.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh revealed their pregnancy in February this year. The couple tied the knot on November 14, 2018, at Lake Como, Italy, after a six-year relationship. They first met while filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, and later worked together on Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.

Deepika, Ranveer’s upcoming projects

On the professional front, Deepika is set to appear in Singham Again, scheduled for release during Diwali 2024. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film features an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh. This movie is the third installment in the successful Singham franchise.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh has announced a new project with a stellar cast including Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal. He will also be seen in Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film Don 3.
