It’s no secret that Kareena Kapoor Khan shares an extremely warm relationship with her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore. The senior actress too, has often expressed her fondness for her bahu.
Bebo’s love for her Sharmila, one of Indian cinema’s most popular actresses, was evident at the recent Lux Rose Gold Awards. When asked who she considers the most graceful actress, Kareena answered without batting an eyelid that for her, it would always be Sharmila Tagore.

The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress went on to add that she considers her mother-in-law a timeless beauty.
Kareena also spoke about her latest film, ‘Veere Di Wedding’. She noted that its biggest highlight was the fact that it saw four actresses coming together to make a film for the first time in Bollywood. Kareena said that the team, including herself, Sonam K Ahuja, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania had made the movie with a lot of effort and faith. She said that she was glad about being supported by the audience. The movie, directed by Shashanka Ghosh, aimed to break stereotypes by talking about real issues that today’s women face.

The introduction of the book, written by Kareena, has been released and it talks about the actor trying to balance it all – her work commitments, motherhood and thanking all the help she gets from her own mother, Babita, and her domestic staff.
