The internet was abuzz on Tuesday night as photos of actress Rakhi Sawant in a hospital circulated on social media, causing quite a stir. Subsequently, Rakhi’s former husband, Ritesh Raj Singh, provided an exclusive update on her health with us, claiming that doctors discovered a tumour in Rakhi’s uterus after a couple of tests were performed. Now Rakhi Sawant has given a fresh update about health via a video clip, where she revealed that she would be undergoing surgery on Saturday.

Rakhi Sawant shared, “Ae mere dosto. Miss kar rahi hu bahar jaana, ghoomna firna. Hospital mein hu main, subah surgery hai meri. Bohot miss kar rahi hu main. Ye kaisi dress pehen rakhi hai maine? Mujhe poore kapde pehen ne ki aadat nahi hai. Aap samajh rahe ho na? Mujhe achcha nahi lagta ye hospital ka dress. Mujhe jaldi theek hoke aana hai, bohot saari masti karna hai mujhe.”

Previously, a bunch of photos have went viral on social media in which the internet sensation can be seen lying on a hospital bed with an intravenous cannula in her left hand. A pulse oximeter is clipped onto her fingertip on her right hand, while a nurse monitors her blood pressure.

Speaking exclusively to News18 Showsha, Ritesh said that Rakhi was admitted to the hospital after experiencing pain in her chest and stomach. He claimed that doctors discovered a tumour in Rakhi’s uterus after a couple of tests were performed. They have suspected Rakhi has cancer, according to Ritesh. However, the additional test results are awaited.

“She was admitted to the hospital last night after she complained of chest pain. Doctors are looking after her. They have discovered a tumour in her uterus. She had pain in her stomach too. Doctors have suspected that it might be cancer. Tests are being done. Doctors have proposed a surgery but they want to check first if it is cancer or not,” Ritesh told us.

Ritesh urged everyone to pray for Rakhi’s speedy recovery. “This is not a matter of joke. Rakhi has created an image for herself where people think it’s all drama. If Rakhi is critical, then she is critical. The story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf is often repeated with her. The same scene has happened here. Now, when she is actually critical, a section of people thinks she is creating controversy, while others think she is pretending. Those who truly know her, please wish her well, pray for her. She will recover soon,” he said.
