On the other hand, Kajol purchased a lavish apartment.

The Bholaa actor made a great investment by buying 5 office units in the Andheri West area recently. Nestled in Oshiwara’s famous Signature Building, these 5 units are spread over a huge area of 13,293 sq ft, according to a report by the Indian Express. CRE Matrix has got access to some important information and documents that share many details about Ajay Devgn’s recent real estate purchase.
The report states that 3 office units are worth ₹30.35 crore and come with a built-up area of 8,405 sq ft.
These 3 units are on the 16th floor of the Signature Building.
The registration of these real estate properties in Oshiwara is done under Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan.
₹1.82 crore is the stamp duty cost for these units.
The next 2 office units are on the 17th floor of the building.
Built over an area of 4,893 sq ft, these 2 units are worth ₹14.74 crore.
Kajol Bought An Apartment In Mumbai Some Time Back
The Salaam Venky actor also made a great real estate investment recently by buying a beautiful apartment in the City of Dreams. This property has a carpet area of 2,493 sq ft and also comes with 4 parking areas for cars. According to different reports, this apartment is worth a whopping ₹16.5 crore. According to a report by ABP Live, the actor bought her apartment on 13 April 2023.
