Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan got married in October 2012. The couple is blessed with two baby boys- Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. Their marriage became the talk of the town 12 years ago. 

And when Kareena named her elder son Taimur, there were lots of people on social media that had issues for reasons best known to them. The latest person who has raised objections on his name is none other than the famous poet Kumar Vishwas. But his views have not gone down well as the speech is going viral.  

Kumar Vishwas had this to say on Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son Taimur Ali Khan.

Kumar Vishwas can be heard saying, “There are so many names that you could have chosen. But you named your child after that rapist. Now, if you want to make him a hero, we won’t let him become even a villain. India has awakened after 75 years.”

Vishwas added, “Those living in the world of glamour must understand what the nation desires. This won’t work anymore — you take fame from us, money from us, we buy tickets and make heroines & heroes. But the child from your third marriage is named after some lame invader.”

It must be clarified her that the Omkara actor is married only twice.

Samajwadi Party leader Udayveer Singh was quoted saying, “Kumar Vishwas represents the violence wing of Bharatiya Janata Party politics. To fulfil his political ambitions, he is making baseless statements.”

He added, “This is unbecoming and highly inappropriate. Dragging the children of film personalities, who have nothing to do with politics, into such discussions is disgraceful.”

BJP was quoted saying, “People have the freedom to name their children but it must reflect the culture and ethos of India. Taimur was a destroyer and plundered. People of India will not accept it.”

On The Great Indian Kapil Show, Lolo said, “Kareena actually asked me to sit down somewhere before she could say what she wanted to say. I didn’t understand the need, but I did find a sofa in the London store where I was shopping.“

The actress continued, “ She went like, ‘The thing is that, I’m in love with Saif. We are together. We are dating,’ and I wanted to hold on more tightly to the sofa.” Everyone knows I’m my own favourite. So before telling anyone else, I had to tell him first,” Kareena added.
