Actor Anushka Sharma and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, celebrated New Year in Sydney, Australia. A video of them walking hand-in-hand on the streets of the Australian city has been widely shared on the internet. The couple has been in Australia for some time now as the Indian cricket team is competing against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.

The video, shared by numerous fan pages of Anushka and Virat, features the couple twinning in black outfits. While Virat looks dapper in his black suit, Anushka stuns in her little black dress. They were joined by Indian cricketer Devdutt Padikkal as they seemingly stepped out to party and ring in 2025 together.

Earlier, Anushka and Virat were photographed outside their hotel on their 7th wedding anniversary on December 11. They also enjoyed a Christmas breakfast at a café in Melbourne. The café shared a picture of the couple and expressed their delight at hosting them.

“This morning, while we were still debating whether to keep our café open on a public holiday, little did we know we were about to have the surreal experience of serving King @virat.kohli @anushkasharma and the family at our little café,” the café wrote in an Instagram post.

“Virat Sir was so kind to step into our kitchen, thank chefs, and let us take pictures with him,” the post read.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married on December 11, 2017, in a private ceremony in Italy attended by close friends and family. They are now parents to two children, daughter Vamika and son Akaay.
