Recently, Deepika’s mother, Ujjala Padukone, shared a cute update about the newborn. Ujjala, along with Deepika’s sister, Anisha Padukone, was spotted out in the city. When asked about Deepika and her daughter, Ujjala smiled and said that both the actress and the baby are doing well.

Deepika gave birth on September 8 and was discharged from the hospital on September 15, 2024. Ahead of making any public appearance with her baby girl, Deepika updated her Instagram bio, humorously reflecting her new role as a mom. The bio now reads: “Bob, Sleep, Repeat.”

In an interview with India Today, Deepika’s fitness trainer, Anshuka Parwani, talked about the actress’s pregnancy workout routine. Anshuka revealed that Deepika maintained a holistic approach, focusing on strength, endurance, and stamina. Even in her last trimester, Deepika worked out regularly, making the experience enjoyable and rewarding.

There are also reports that Deepika might follow a similar parenting approach to fellow actresses Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai, possibly hiring a nanny for additional support. Deepika is expected to take a break from work for the rest of the year to focus on her new journey as a mother.
