Rekha, one of Indian cinema’s most iconic actresses, has had a life filled with turmoil, contrasting with her successful career. After her marriage to businessman Mukesh Aggarwal in 1990, Rekha was frequently seen wearing sindoor. However, Mukesh’s tragic suicide left many puzzled when she continued wearing it even after his death. In a 2008 interview with Hindustan Times, Rekha addressed people’s reactions by stating, “I don’t care about what people think. I believe sindoor suits me.”

Rumors of Rekha’s relationships with several leading men, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and Kiran Kumar, have been prevalent throughout her career. Her alleged affair with Amitabh was especially prominent in the 1970s, sparking constant media attention. Despite these rumors, Rekha has never officially confirmed any of these relationships or remarriages.
