Senior NCP leader Baba Siddique’s murder has sent shockwaves in the political and B-town fraternities. The renowned political leader was shot to death after three assailants fired bullets at him on October 12, leading to his untimely demise. From Salman Khan to Sanjay Dutt, several Bollywood celebrities visited Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital after he was rushed for treatment but succumbed to his injuries. On October 13, Salman’s family, including Salman Khan’s brother Sohail Khan and sister-in-law Sshura Khan, and Iulia Vantur along with Shaina NC were seen visiting Baba Siddique’s residence to pay their last respects.

Salman Khan’s family offers condolences to Baba Siddique’s family

A while ago, Salman Khan’s family arrived at Baba Siddique’s residence after his sudden death last night. Salman’s younger brother Sohail Khan, sisters Alvira and Arpita Khan, sister-in-law Sshura Khan, and Iulia Vantur were spotted arriving at the deceased politician’s residence. Both Arpita and Sohail were holding hands as they reached their friend Baba Siddique’s house during the difficult time.

Baba Siddique’s murder incident

Baba Siddique, who was known for his lavish iftar parties attended by several A-list stars, lost his life to a rivalry after a group of assailants fired a few rounds of bullets. Siddique’s murder is currently under probe as police are investigating to arrest the perpetrators who shot at the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader outside his son Zeeshan’s office in Bandra, Mumbai. On October 13, a gang member of Lawrence Bishnoi allegedly took responsibility for the gruesome murder and dropped a Facebook post. A part of the post read, “Salman Khan, we did not want this war, but you made our brother lose his life. Today the pool of decency of Baba Siddique is closed or at one time he was under MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) with Dawood. The reason for his death was his links to Dawood and Anuj Thapan in Bollywood, politics, and property dealings.”

Meanwhile, Baba Siddique’s son Zeeshan shared the tragic news about his father’s funeral service on his X handle. Taking to his X, he dropped the details for the Islamic burial service that will be held today after the evening prayer of Magrib. “Namaz E Janaza – Today *13th October, Sunday at 7 pm* after Magrib Namaz at Maqba Heights, 15 A, Pali Road, Pali Naka, Bandra(W). Burial – Today *13th October, Sunday at 8:30 pm* at Bada Kabarastan, Opp Marine Lines Station,” Zeeshan Siddique wrote on X.
